CANCELLATION POLICY

SERVICE CANCELLATION

Monthly Subscriptions:

Customers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time.Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions:

Customers may cancel their annual subscription at any time.If you cancel within 30 days of the initial purchase, you will receive a full refund.After 30 days, no refunds will be provided, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the subscription period.

One-on-One Meetings:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.No-shows will be charged the full session cost.
